But activists have also pointed to a 40-year-old legal loophole as a target for reform. The 1978 US supreme court decision Oliphant v Suquamish ruled that tribes cannot arrest or prosecute non-Natives who commit crimes on Native land. In practice, this means that tribal police can arrest a Native man if he assaults a Native woman, but if that Native woman is assaulted by a non-Native, only a federal agent has authority. US attorneys then decide if they want to prosecute; but the latest figures show that federal prosecutors declined nearly half (46%) of all Indian country cases in 2016, many of them sexual assault cases.
loring woman for sex porn
In an interview with NBC's Dateline in the 1990s Butler described himself as "addicted to the lifestyle", ashamed of his clandestine behavior and its effect on his marriage. The couple later appeared on the Sally Jessy Raphael Show, again discussing the damage Butler's porn career was causing to their marriage. Butler and Loring divorced in 1992.[2]
Butler released an autobiography in 1989, as told to Robert Rimmer and Catherine Tavel, called Raw Talent. The book gave an insider's account of the porn scene. He was very forthcoming in the book, giving very intimate details of some of his fellow co-workers in the business, and citing the existence of widespread drug abuse in the industry.[citation needed] Butler re-surfaced in 2003 in a non-sex role in a porn film titled Sexy Sluts: Been There, Done That, released that year, which was directed by underground rapper Necro. Butler was also a featured guest on Necro's album The Sexorcist (2005).[2]
Her mother died when she was 14 and she got married a year later. The marriage didn't last long but produced a daughter and she had a second marriage that lasted five years and produced another child and a third marriage she calls "the biggest mistake of my life": her husband was acting in pornography and she didn't approve of it.

I'm after Lisa Loring. What I know is: - Wednesday Addams on "The Addams Family" was played by a person named Lisa Loring. [IMDB lists her as Lisa Loring(I)]. - There is an adult movie performer and producer using the name Lisa Loring. [IMDB lists her as Lisa Loring(II).] - Lisa Loring(I) is/was married to the porn performer sometimes known as Jerry Butler.I've seen it claimed that the two Lisas are the same person. Theweb has nothing convincing, alternately saying they are, they aren'tand that she (one or both) is dead and alive. Oddly, the searchon snopes brings up pages with "luring" on them.Lisa(I)'s only acting roles (per IMDB) after Lisa(II) startedworking are horror flicks. That could be crossover work.Does anyone have a good reference on this one way or the other?Drew "I may have to get some of II's work, for research purposes" Lawson-- Drew Lawson If you're not part of the solution dr...@furrfu.com you're part of the precipitate.

I found one source that would indicate that these are two differentLisa Lorings, but it would easy to get the two confused. The LisaLoring who played Wednesday Addams hung around the fringes of the pornindustry, married Jerry Butler at one point, and was living withpornstar Nancy Kelly (who was the daughter of Jerry Van Dyke and theniece of Dick, Nancy Kelly IV in IMDB) when Kelly committed suicide. This Loring appeared in one porn film in a non-sex role. Sources: _loring.html ,+Nancy+(IV)The second Lisa Loring was a "legitimate" porn actress.Another child star, Scott Schwartz, who played Flick in the movie "AChristmas Story" and in the Richard Pryor movie "The Toy" has appeareda few porn movies, but only had on-screen sex in one. A google search turns up _schwartz.html which says:"Former child actor turned sex performer in 1996, Scotty Schwartz hasbeen hanging around porn since age 18. He stars in the mainstreammovies The Toy (with Richard Pryor) and Christmas Story. Scottyappears in a few adult productions as a character actor, includingComeback, and goes all the way with Julie Ashton in Scotty's X-RatedAdventure. After spending the day on the set being interviewed bytelevision talk shows and the tabloid press, Scotty gave a limpperformance with the beautiful Juli Ashton and was unable toejaculate. "IMDB has him listed as Scott Schwartz (II). Jerry Butler's 1988 autobiography _Raw Talent_ never explicitly says"my wife Lisa Loring isn't the same Lisa Loring who's made 10 pornmovies", but it's also never said that she is. Circumstantialevidence is pretty clear that she's not:She resists falling in love with someone in the industry, afraid ofwhat other people will think and of being able to deal with knowinghe'd slept with umpteen gazillian women. She's upset the day herolder child is told about his profession, and contrasts it with herbeing recognized from The Addams Family and a soap opera gig, but withno mention of how her children might react to finding out she was inthe business. All of the movies IMDB lists for Lisa Loring (II) are from 1987 andearlier, predating the autobiography, so it's not just that she gotinto the business later.

This is odd, because IMDB also has two different Scott Schwartzes (well, three, actually). Scott Schwartz(I) is listed as having been in The Toy with Richard Pryor but not in porn, while Scott Schwartz(II) is listed as having been in A Christmas Story and lots of porn. Then again, the time frames don't overlap. Are they the same guy or not?To add to the confusion, IMDB also has a "Scott Schwartz (actor, other crew member)" who is sometimes credited as Scotty Schwartz (which is what Scott Schwartz(II) goes by in porno sometimes). To spiral ever downward in confusion, it seems the Scott Schwartz(a,ocm) was a production assistant for a Ron Jeremy production, did nothing professionally for about 7 years, then reappeared as stage manager on a kiddie movie (The Adventures of Timmy the Tooth: Big Mouth Gulch).--Lisa "Never underestimate the power of the schwartz" Cech
It would help resolve the question of whether or not there were twoScott Schwartzes, one in Christmas Story and the other in the Toy. Idon't think it would help identify porn actors though. I don't thinkSAG has anything to do with that part of the industry.
Don't know that this rule is observed in the porn industry, but inmainstream films it may be responsible for the growing number of actorsbeing billed with three names or obligatory middle initials....I'm glad you qualified the principle by including the phrase "one...at atime"...else someone going into the business would have to watch out forcollisions with actors long dead and forgotten, like the guy at who *is* infact captioned using the name he was always billed under....R H "Michael J Fox's middle name is 'Andrew'" Draney
IMBD is hardly the ultimate in film credits, but Scott Schwartz, ACS and pornalum is one and the same. A recent special on him on E! True Hollywood Story(a goldmine of factual information ;-o) told how he got the production job inporno while waiting for legit acting jobs to come in, only to get drawn intothe world when the other jobs never materialized.
In Susan Olson, who weirdly enough played Cindy Brady asserts this about LisaLoring: "No, she never did porn. She was married to a hard core porn starand she had a heroin problem. " As to the two Lisa's, well the people overat rec.arts.erotica suggest on their website: that in fact the porn star Lisa K. Loring took her stage name from the*original* Lisa Loring without bothering to figure out that shit may in factcome down as a result. And please, don't make me look at any more celebrity porn.Sean "Number V is alive!"
